What does Peirce do?

As a follow up to Peirce earning his Economic Developer certification, many of you might wonder what exactly Peirce does on a day to day basis. Well, here is an example. Catonsville is the neighborhood where I went to high school. It used to have your typical main street: a couple specialty shops, hardware store, realtor offices, a few restaurants and a fire house. Over the years, the community has grown in their downtown main street area thanks to Baltimore County Economic Development and Peirce putting in some great effort. Many new and fabulous restaurants have popped up. There are some more exciting shops and it really is a place where you could stroll up and down for a few hours. These places have received grants, loans, architect services, guidance, and support from the office where Peirce works. He helps facilitate the revitalization efforts between the business owner and the government and in turn, he promotes the main streets of the county.
